1. 14-DAY RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to return it.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns for refunds or exchanges only if the item:

  • Has not been used or worn.

  • Is in its original packaging.

  • Is in merchantable condition.

Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Damaged goods (due to customer handling).

  • Goods without their original packaging.

  • Final Sale items (Sale items can only be exchanged).

4. SHIPPING COSTS & FEES

  • Original Shipping Non-Refundable: Please note that the original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: For non-quality-related returns, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

5. HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

  • Once we receive your return and it meets our terms, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.

6. QUALITY CONCERNS

All of our pieces are thoughtfully crafted with high-quality materials. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us immediately, and we will cover the costs to make it right 🤍.
